Our vision is to contribute to developing the communication needs of the Region by building a fully integrated ICT Business Enterprise Solutions Service focused on security, infrastructure and connectivity. Thereby giving access to public and private enterprises that manage citizen service delivery and any assets supporting such institutions. Despite the sometimes challenging environment, Fortris hast successfully deployed several Customer Service Request (CSR) strategies that have improved customer satisfaction, raised staff productivity and responded to critical incidents by relying on consistent connectivity and integrated services.
